Silver prices and several other precious metals surged during the Christmas holiday period and the days between Christmas and New Year.

On Monday, prices saw a corrective pullback, but portfolio manager Eric Strand, remains positive on the asset class. While it is difficult to point to a single driving force behind the rally of recent days, he discusses a potential Chinese export ban and liquidity conditions with EFN’s Gabriel Mellqvist.
