Complaints
AuAg Funds AM AB is an investment firm under the supervision of Finansinspektionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority) and manages our funds on behalf of the fund management company AIFM Capital AB.
A complaint means that a customer, in an individual matter, is dissatisfied with how a financial service or product has been handled. General comments and general dissatisfaction are not considered complaints.
Which complaints does AuAg handle?
AuAg handles complaints about the management of the funds, for example if you believe a fund has been managed in breach of the fund rules. If your complaint concerns the purchase or sale of fund units, the unit value, payments or your account, please contact the fund management company AIFM Capital AB here. If a complaint that belongs to the fund management company reaches us, we will forward it and notify you.
How to submit a complaint

You can also email your complaint to complaints@auagfunds.com. Please state your name, your contact details, which fund it concerns and what you are dissatisfied with. Submitting a complaint is free of charge.
How we handle your complaint
We will confirm that we have received your complaint and investigate it promptly. If the investigation takes longer than 14 days, we will contact you within that time to let you know how far the matter has progressed and when you can expect a decision. You will receive a written response with our assessment and the reasons for it. The Complaints Officer is the Chair of the Board.
If you are not satisfied with the response
You can receive free guidance from the Swedish Consumers' Banking and Finance Bureau (Konsumenternas Bank- och finansbyrå, konsumenternas.se) or from your municipality's consumer advisory service. You can also have the dispute heard by the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, arn.se) or by a general court.
